Flower arranging has become increasingly popular as a hobby for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Mayumi received her certificate to teach from her professor of Ikebana. Mayumi is a master of the Kado Sobi School of Ikebana, where she studied in Tokyo Japan. She has taught this beautiful art form for over twenty years. Many of her works were exhibited in Tokyo, which is the Mecca of arts in Japan. She started teaching in order to share her love of nature and simple beauty of flowers.

Classes are taught in both private lessons and group sessions. (Small classes are preferred so that attention can be paid to each student). Classes can be held from Monday to Wednesday 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 pm by appointment. Fees charged on a per session basis and billed per month. Reasonable pricing, call or contact me for free estimates, pricing varies according to class. All you need to bring is a notebook and a pen and yourself. Flowers and materials will be provided.
